At a pivotal moment of growth, exalt is thrilled to welcome two exceptional leaders to our Board of Directors:
Dr. Meisha Porter, former New York City Schools Chancellor, and
Anthony Noble, infrastructure strategist and investor.
Their appointments come as exalt continues to expand our services statewide and launch the exalt Institute—an ambitious effort to drive innovation and leadership in youth justice.
Dr. Porter brings a deep and personal commitment to educational equity, shaped by her experience leading the largest public school system in the nation and championing opportunities for historically underserved communities.
Noble brings strategic expertise in infrastructure, investment, and organizational growth, strengthening our ability to scale impact and sustainability.
Together, they join a dedicated Board, led by Board Chair, Dr. Lisette Nieves, committed to ensuring that more young people have access to the opportunities and support.
Since our founding in 2006, exalt has supported more than 5,200 young people in building pathways to education, employment, and long-term stability. Today, as a multi-million-dollar organization with a growing national voice, we are deepening our impact across New York and beyond.
